STORE POLICY

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your order. We make every effort to produce the best products and to have an easy to use ordering service, however occasionally things may not be to your liking and you'll need to return something.

Unfortunately because of the nature of our customized products there are exceptions and conditions for returning items back to LinchyGang HQ. these are as follows:

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed and paid for it as they immediately start processing.

Returns for exchange

  • You can initiate a return for NON customized, new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or ex change.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached and original package. All shipping cost for returned goods will be your responsibility.

  • It is your responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive at LINCHYGANG HQ. in The Netherlands

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

  • If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of item and shipping.

  • When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund within 30 days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and we offer no refunds and no exchange.

  • Products on sale can neither be returned – refunded or exchanged.

  • Products marked as CUSTOMIZED, LINCHYMIZED, MADE TO ORDER can neither be returned – refunded or exchanged. By approving your personal sketch you automatically agree with these rules. 

  • Incomplete or used products may not be returned – refunded or exchanged.

Broken, incomplete or used products that we receive as returns will be returned to the sender and shipping cost will be charged.

UPDATING ORDERS

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. 

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are in stock and ready to be sent.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to LINCHYGANG.com.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.
